| Please
call for directions if you are picking up an order as we are
not easy to find (click HERE to go to the
map and direction page). We try to ship all orders for in-stock
items and blank cassettes within 24 hours of receipt. We insure
all applicable shipments and add the charges (if any) to your invoice.
When ordering cassettes, please state tape type, color of shell,
tabs in or out, and TOTAL length of cassette. Label and
insert templates as well as spec sheets are available elsewhere on our

Cash,
charge or C.O.D. to new customers and overdue
accounts. Net Receipt to established
accounts. WE ACCEPT MASTERCARD, VISA, NOVUS, DISCOVER
AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. Past due accounts will
be charged 1.5% per month interest. Checks returned for NSF will
incur a $25 penalty. Shipping costs are
actual UPS charges plus $1.75 handling per package (NOT per item)
and are added to all orders except pick-ups.
No returns accepted without prior authorization. NO returns on custom length cassettes, duplication or printed items.
A 15% restocking fee applies to ALL
returns except damaged goods. A to Z Audio Services,
Inc. is not responsible for any consequential damages resulting
from: manufacturing defects; delays, misshipments or losses by
carriers; or misuse of products. Our sole obligation is
to replace or repair the defective product.
